While all of these projects don't necessarily qualify as a "bungalow" or "cottage" style, we wanted to feature a few prior projects to demonstrate the scope and style of our work.

Juniper Hill Cottage

​A 1924 historic craftsman bungalow, completely renovated inside and out with a nordic inspired flare, exceptional workmanship, and luxurious organic gardens.  Downtown Prescott, AZ.

woodland park landscape

A large 1915 property in west downtown Prescott with a somewhat overgrown woodland forest feel and limited privacy.  Access to the kitchen and backyard was awkward from the primary entertaining space in front of the home.  We did a complete as-built and tree inventory before completing an elegant and colorful landscape design including hardscape, plantings, water features, kitchen garden, lighting, irrigation as well as a few architectural enhancements.

Jardin du ranch

A brand new, large home on 38 acres where the owners wanted a French-inspired garden with lots of family and kid space for outdoor entertaining and enhancing the wide open ranch-type views of the skyline.

Timber Ridge Home

A dark, awkward, and badly updated older home located in the beautiful Ponderosas in Prescott.  We did a complete redesign of the entire home including changing the flow of the spaces, brand new kitchen and entertainment areas, custom color palette, and so much more.  2023.

Casa de Oro

​​This 1934 stucco-home property has a cluttered and confusing layout, with many awkward and unsightly improvements added over the years.  We did a total landscape redesign which includes removing a tacky lean-to style carport and building a new period appropriate, open carport and outdoor dining space.  Most of the plantings will be removed, or will be upcycled to better locations along with all new hardscape, entertaining spaces, plantings, lighting, and water systems.   Downtown Prescott AZ.  2024

Santa Fe Piazza

​​A very large property in Inscription Canyon, Williamson Valley/Prescott AZ with a clunky and uninspired driveway and 2,000 SF front courtyard.  We did a complete overhaul re-design.  2022.

A large spanish-style villa, with carefully crafted private outdoor spaces in a not-so-private location on a riparian reserve.   Granite Bay, CA.​​

Casa Pajaros ToDos

An unusually large and open historic downtown Prescott, AZ lot, with crumbling patios and walls and very healthy weeds.  We did a complete overhaul re-design to create a casual and functional landscape for entertaining and relaxing.  Project installation completed Summer 2023.

Meadow Landscape

A gardener's garden on a newly built 1/3 a​​cre lot, featuring meadows, shade trees, a large water feature, and native sanctuary for birds and wildlife.   From bare, tree-less dirt to fabulous in 6 months. The Dells, Prescott, AZ. Project completed fall 2022.
