slow down and relish a meal outdoorsHere in Prescott, we are very fortunate to have virtually 9 months of the year for indulging in outdoor pleasures. And whether you live here or are just visiting, one of the most lovely ways to take a break and while away a few hours is to enjoy a meal outdoors, in a quiet spot away from the chaos. Be it an elaborate feast with wine and prepared menu items, or just a quick collection of munchables in a cool chest, I can't think of anything more pleasurable.
It's a special way to spend time with those you love. Or new friends that haven't seen the trails and views in Prescott. Sometimes getting to the perfect spot is half the fun. And, honestly, stealing away to a favorite spot for some solo time with a book and a slow meal under a tree sounds devine. To get the party started, we collected a list of some of our favorite destinations.
Scroll down to check it out. And soon we'll be adding resource links for visitors (or locals who need some fresh ideas) on where to go to stock your picnic basket. Stay tuned for that! #picnicinprescott
