Meet-n-Greet
Available for Design Customers. We do offer a FREE one-time Meet-n-Greet for new design clients - it's a chance for everyone to say hello, get to know each other a little bit, and for us to get a feel for your hopes and dreams. It's a great place to start, get a feel for how to proceed with your project, and determine if we are a good fit for each other. Location is either our studios or a coffee shop downtown. Service Fees & Invoicing Schedules
After we've had an initial discussion, we can forward our Rate Sheet which includes all the details for standard package services. This includes the associated fees and invoicing schedules. Most packages can be customized to meet your particular needs best. Just contact us to discuss.
Cancellations/Changes
With all of our paid services, we require that cancellations or changes are made at least 2 days prior to the start of your appointment time. We have gone out of our way to plan around your appointment, consequently there is a last-minute cancellation fee as notated on the booking page.
