Booking policies
Consulting Projects
Consulting projects are by the hour. You will find 1, 2 , or 3 hours booking options to get started. If more time is needed we can customize as needed.
Micro Designs
Micro Design Sessions are booked separately and are a flat price.
Design Projects
Each Design project is always priced based on the particulars of the project - which we will discuss during our first meeting. You will receive a detailed proposal which is customized to your goals before we get started.
Meet-n-Greet
We do offer a FREE one-time Meet-n-Greet for new clients - it's a chance for everyone to say hello, get to know each other a little bit, and for us to get a feel for your hopes and dreams. It's a great place to start, get a feel for how to proceed with your project, and determine if we are a good fit for each other.
Cancellations/Changes
With all of our paid services, we require that cancellations or changes are made at least 2 days prior to the start of your appointment time. We have gone out of our way to plan around your appointment, consequently there is a last-minute cancellation fee as notated on the booking page.
