Casa de Oro: Before & After
This 1934 stucco property has a cluttered and confusing layout, with many awkward and unsightly improvements added over the years. We did a total landscape redesign which includes removing a tacky lean-to style carport and building a new period appropriate, open carport and outdoor dining space. Most of the plantings will be removed, or will be upcycled to better locations along with all new hardscape, entertaining spaces, plantings, lighting, and water systems.
